Staubach Capital Market’s Investment Management team makes principal equity investments and forms strategic partnerships with experienced, relationship-driven sponsors. A significant part of their efforts is the investment on behalf, and management of, certain real estate limited partnerships sponsored (or to be sponsored) by The Staubach Company (Staubach). With over 3,300 clients producing 10,000 real estate transactions, Staubach provides the management team access to a multitude of opportunities and advanced market knowledge. These industry roots provide a cultural fit with entrepreneurs, creating advantage over larger, institutional managers.

The focus of our investment funds is to blend the acquisition of income-producing properties with passive equity investments in value-added transactions and development opportunities where a greater portion of the funds’ return is anticipated to come from capital appreciation. However, our funds are flexible enough to accommodate a variety of structures, allowing us to meet our clients’ changing real estate needs.

Building long-term relationships is a cornerstone of our investment philosophy. While our investment strategy is to pursue investment opportunities that leverage Staubach’s relationships, resources, professional knowledge and market access, we also proactively seek investments through proven, trusted sponsors who are both successful in their respective fields and known to have a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Our focus is on sectors which have historically had lower volatility and more steady income growth – retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel and net lease. Capital investment is generally targeted to transactions requiring $2 – $10 million in equity, although larger investments may be considered. Term of investment can be any length of time up to seven years. We invest with operating partners who know their local markets and have the expertise to ensure the success of a particular venture.
